It sure seems as if this hobby is more dangerous than I thought. It's enough to make me quit this hobby before I really get any momentum.

The problem with that poll is that it doesn't give you enough information. Not everyone found TER when they started out and many started out before the internet We are talking about some of these guys played back when bareback sex was common. Also some guys used to and some still do go with streetgirls.

Stick with well reviewed ladies and you have a very small chance of getting arrested and even less of an STD. Studies have shown that escort have a lower incidence of STDs than occurs in the population, if you discount streetgirls.

Big thing to remember is always practice safe sex, go to well reviewed ladies and if you are in a situation that feels wrong walk away.

I share your concerns that you wrote about and I advise always take caution, but to me the numbers seem low. Only 7 out of 100 have claimed to be arrested for solicitation seems quite low and gives me know cause for concern, providing that the survey is accurate.

I think I will stay with well-reviewed girls. The 7% arrest figure scares me. Acting paranoid now... Is there any chance that LEA will post a review to lure someone in, or would that be considered entrapment?

As far as escorts having a lower incidence of STDs, they need to have a lower rate if this hobby is going to be safe. For example: I'm 40 years old. In 22 years of sexual activity, I've had sex with 15 women ("normal population"). However, in a one-week trip, I had sex with 7 women. So it's obvious that your exposure can be much higher if you pursue this hobby.

I think it would be interesting to do a survey to find out how many members caught an STD due to condom breakage & BBBJ, both of which seem pretty common nowadays.

Best advice is to cover up for ALL activities- no bbbj's or uncovered daty-  there is more then HIV to worry about. HPV, herpes ,Gonorrhea, chlamydia do not necessarily show signs.
