Yet Another Screening Question

I am not a member of date check, or preferred 411 yet, however they look like the best way to get into the scene...

Is one better than the other? I read that a few people had trouble with preferred 411

Also, as I get started, a provider's assistant suggested I e-mail a copy of my license, and insurance. Is this common? The provider has many wonderful reviews.

I also wonder if information sent out like this can come back to bite us down the road.

That's crazy shit.. I would not give that kind of information to anyone. When I find someone's screening too invasive, I just move on. I have been doing this for 10 yrs.

Once you open P411 account, search for "newbie friendly" providers. There are quite a few of those.

Date-Check and P411 both are for the same purpose verification.
One site might be used over the other depending on where you are located.
I am a member of both and like both sites but I do like P411 more just because you are able to send a private message via P411 to a provider or client. You can also search for newbie friendly providers on P411 as well.I would suggest contacting both sites see what they say and then make the best decision for you.

As far as what a provider might require of you since you are new that varies on the provider.
I have heard of providers asking for DL or maybe a copy of your plane ticket.
I do not ask for that info but again every provider is different on her requirements.
You have to decide if you are comfortable with sending that info especially since the assistant and her will have that info. You just never know if it will come back to bite you in the butt later or it could be all good.
No one can make that decision you have to do what is comfortable for you.

No way should you sent a copy of your DL to her.  Too many things could happen to you, and I can't think of any that are good for you.

I do recommend you join at least one of the verification sites.  A lifetime to DC is only $125, pretty good deal.  The biggest advantage of P411 is that the providers can indicate if they are newbie friendly as part of their profile.  But they are both good.  P411 soes have a toll free number and Gina has a good rep of working with guys to get them verified.

What the hell reason could she possibly have for wanting your insurance?

It's one thing for a girl to ask to see your ID when you arrive, to verify your name, but sens a copy?

If no one has ever mentioned that in any of her reviews, I would be very suspicious of her assistant.  I would even consider contacting the provider directly by email if available and asking her if she has authorized that kind of request.

Seems mighty sketchy to me.

you should just pass. It is not really your fault she wants all that, so find a provider willing to accept legit refs.

Would you scan and e-mail information like this to prefferred-411? I just don't feel comfortable with them calling me at work...
