New to TER...signed up for a 30 day VIP account...got a subscription from ccbill via email that they had my $$ and I was now a VIP member....

My question is when do I get a TER#? can not find it anywhere on my profile/account...Help!

Sent a support email to TER admin...waiting for a reply...has this happen to anyone other than me?

when I was first signed up, I too thought you automatically get a TER#. That's not the case. You get a TER# when you get your first review.

If you sent an email, that is where their response will be. Go to the Newbie Board too, and you will find lots of helpful tips on navigating the site, rules for ads and posting, etc.

You get your id number when you get the first review. Now since you said you are new to TER, but did not say you are a new provider, perhaps you already have reviews here. Do a search using your provider name, phone number, email address etc. to see if you already have a profile. If you do, then send admin an email from the email address on your profile and ask them to link your reviews to your username. If you don't have reviews, then you have to wait for your first one. At that point ask admin to do the link.

Read the self help center (top right of the page near the life preserver) lots of good info there.
