Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and hobby. I had my first encounter a few weeks with a very nice and well-reviewed lady. How do I go about submitting a review for the first time? Do I enter all of the information about the provider even if she has a TER review page already?
For "overall attitude" and "overall atmosphere" am I writing a number from 1-5, 1-10, or writing a one word description?

Most of the fields are select from a menu type web form.  Others are text boxes that you enter a phone or email address type info.  The attitude and atmosphere are text boxes that you can enter a single word or short phrase that fits your session.  If you can order a book at Amazon, you can fill out the form here.  Just give it a try.  It will take a day or two for the Mods to approve it so don't worry.  If you need to, you can edit the review up to the point the mods approve it.  Then the review is locked for editing.

Thank you. I just submitted the review. It was nice and detailed so hopefully the mods will approve of it.

even though she has a profile already.  What you enter will not change her profile.  I have found the easiest thing to do is open 2 browsers side by side, not two tabs in one browser, one with her profile, and one for your review.  This makes it much easier to copy the info from her profile into your review.  For attitude and atmosphere, a word or very short phrase is the usual thing to enter.  I have seen some reviews with number ratings, but word response is the most common.
