Until you receive the first review you won't have a provider profile. Even without a review you can place ads on your TER regional ad board, place photos on the Photo Only Board, and place a link to your website or ad on some other ad site when you reply to a post. Being a paid VIP member has nothing to do with receiving reviews. Once providers have a review they can request a free limited Provider VIP. Check the Instruction Manuel for how to do this. Ask more questions here if there is something in the Instruction Manuel that doesn't make sense.
