own up to using fake pics, no matter how absurdly obvious the difference. You agreed to see the provider as represented in her ad, so if she turns out to be someone else, you're under no obligation to hold up your side of the bargain. Turning her away from an outcall can be a little trickier than walking away from an incall. If you have any doubts about her, be sure you check her out at the doorway or through the peephole.

It should go without saying that you should stick to girls whom others have seen first and reviewed here, but you asked. However TOFTT adventures are probably best to those who have at least enough experience to know how to handle B&S encounters.

And asking her over the phone is not a good idea. The fakes sure aren't going to tell you no, it's not them so stay home and keep your money. And the real girls aren't going to appreciate the suspicion, and will probably count you as some kind of jerk.

I am relatively new at this, I've had a couple of providers, but they were both a bait and switch....anyway now I'm going to Vegas and going to use a provider that actually has reputable reviews, and hopefully this won't be a bait and switch....the problem I found is that reputable providers seem to all want 2 previous provider references. My previous 2 providers were bait and switches, so I didn't really want anything to do with them when we were done, so I never kept their info or names.

So my question is what do I do if I don't have references when the providers ask for them?

Many people use the verification site mentioned in 1/3 of the threads on the board right now .Reading others posts is always helpful in gathering info.That being said there are many verifications sites available and you might use those,In future if you see providers whom are not bait and switch , well reviwed TER providers with agreat track record and you mind your manners you will be able to use them as references going forward.In the beginning not only stick to reviewed providers also look at seacrhing only those with a large number of reviews .Then check if those reviewers to see if they  also have a large number of reviews and I think it would be important to me if I was personally searching thatthe numbers on those reviews average over 8 so i owuld be searching for giurls whos average rating is 8 -10 .If she had 100 reviews and the average of those review numbers gets her 9.1 you have found something Sir:) If her review average is 6 keep on looking :) It's like blackjack:) Look at your numbers before asking for a card :) Lianna

and check it out.  Or do a search, using screening or references for subject and search for 180 days or more. If you're going to Vegas, my advice go over to the Vegas board.  There are 2 reputable agencies who advertise on the board. I beleive TER rules do not allow me to mention the names on this board
Screening is pretty straight forward if you use these agencies. And no matter what do not let a CG pick you up.  Good luck

Get membership in either one of them. They will verify you through your employment. Get TER vip membership, search for well reviewed providers and start contacting them 3-4 weeks in advance of your trip.
The sooner you book with well reviewed providers, more likely you will be able to book with them. Vegas has tons of well reviewed providers, and you should be able to find a few who will book with  you.

if you're sure the question has been asked before, why not look for how it's been answered before? What do you think all those older threads down the page and on pages 2-460 are there for, not to mention the Search button?

Seriously, even though you've received good answers here, there's a lot more that's been said that you can look up and benefit from.

Sorry to (not) scold. And sorry about your bait and switch problems. BTW, even if you wanted to use them as references, they probably wouldn't be accepted by reputable providers.

I have had the same b&s issue...question is though in order for someone to get girls on here they have to sometimes be the first one to call them...in the B&s situation when the girl is no where close to her pics is it ok to tell her to leave? Can you be blunt and ask her on the phone if those are her pics?

I went to vegas 2 weekends ago and like you I'm new to this and don't have any references from any ladies. I used one of the agencies Hidden Hills mentoined and it worked out very well for me. They have ways to verify you it wasn't a hassle and I had a very good time.
