you have hit the nail on the head with that one.  Once I decided to enter the hobby, I used my bonus from to pay off my jeep.  As far as my SO would know, that $$$ had a place to go.  My plan was to be a different bueaty each month.


Then reality:

The first was sssoooo spectacular, I saw her again.  the following week I saw another girl.  Well, by the time I was done, I had spent most of my vacation money.  I was very happy, but broke.

Then I didn't get to see anymore girls b/c I work OT get the money for vacation.  Must learn self control!!!!!

1. SP's aren't real good about answering email and telephone messages

2. Some SP's lie. They'll even go as far as to post a picture of someone besides themselves.

3. SP's don't own watches. Some can tell time if reading a $5.00 clock radio on a nightstand, otherwise, they have no idea of just exactly when 4:00 PM arrives in the day.

4. Some SP's have hearts of gold and are really as beautiful on the inside as on the outside.

5. Some SP's make you feel like you haven't felt in years and make it hard to concentrate on things like making money and meeting deadlines.

6. This hobby can impact your pocketchange $$$$  :)

Now that you know the wisdom and weapons at your disposal, you need to learn to control them, lest they control you.

The hobby is alot like gambling, tremendous fun, terrific entertainment, very addictive, and an all too easy way to totally screw up your life.

Budget your time and money, and stick to it.

Trust me, the last thing that the SP's with the hearts of gold you mention (and there are many of these in all ages, shapes, sizes and experience), or any true professional, will want to see is you mess yourself up.  They want you to play smart, and use your big head, that way you might visit them again and again.  Yes there is always some other hobbyist to replace you, but occasionally, you may meet a lady who looks forward to seeing you, and I don't mean your donation.

Self control is an issue right now, I've already found the subject of thirty years of my fantasies and we "click". Seen her twice in the last three days and would again today if I didn't have an SO that has started asking questions. Gotta lay low.......

....if your SO is asking questions, please be careful!! Having been the provider on the receiving end of two very scorned women, it is not fun for the provider or the hobbyist.

Thanks Jen, I think I've calmed down after my initial infatuation and will definatly be more careful in the future. It's very helpful to read about other hobbyists mistakes when I identify the same behavior in myself. Again, thank you TER...
