Even supposedely "right click disabled" photos. This is why people say "the Internet is forever."
It is also why as NYE and impposter said, it is important to protect your photos with watermarks and such. Not that it makes it harder to steal. It just makes it harder to use as your own.

I'd like to add a picture or two to the holiday thread, but I don't know how. How can I get a link for my pictures....or a URL?

That will then give your photos an URL, which can be copied and pasted in the Photo URL box when you start a post

Your ad is sasqrrl.callgirlfiles.com .

Your PICTURES seem to be stored at photos.puresitefiles.com .

You should be able to copy the URL of a specific picture, e.g.,

http://photos.puresitefiles.com/uploads/content/88/88653/thumb_d67ed29567ba0bc2.jpg

and put it in the "picture URL" box at the bottom of the posting form ... like I am going to try to do.

DISCLAIMER: I don't know the OP. She is not even in my area. I am NOT shilling. I am trying to show her how to use her existing pics / website to post pics to the Holiday thread (and the Photo Only and Local Ad Boards, too).

If so, this sure as hell isn't very secure.  What's to stop anyone from stealing them

The OP should search the Newbie forum for "watermark" or "watermarking" for help on protecting her pics from unauthorized use.

And here's another example of a posted pic. I pasted this URL
http://d2gg9evh47fn9z.cloudfront.net/thumb_COLOURBOX4960763.jpg

into the "picture URL" box. (I removed the "s" from httpS before posting and pasting.)

I am guessing that the raw picture was oriented sideways (from a camera or phone camera) but that her website lets her upload pictures and then perform simple edits on them: crop, rotate, resize, etc.

When I posted the puresite link in the TER picture url box, we all got the raw, un-rotated pic.  There's a suggestion: The TER picture uploader has zero editing capability. Sometimes, I want to include a pic, but the raw pic is too big or too small.  (I don't see TER adding such a feature because it would involve too much on-the-fly computing since TER does not save images, edited or not.)

If the OP or anyone else who knows the callgirlfiles website editor is listening, maybe they say whether they have a picture upload / edit feature
