freaking out over here. I did NOT cum but still isn't this a huge risk? I wasn't expecting it and all of a sudden my D was right inside her mouth, uncovered!!!! It's been discussed many times here.  Understand the risk and assume what you are comfortable with.  

Oh, and do your research on providers!  Reviews would give indication that she does BBBJ, so that you are not caught by surprise ;)  If you decide you are not comfortable with that just tell the lady before you get started in the future.

Well the BJ was a little aggressive (i loved it) but now i'm noticing that she must have scraped my D with her teeth a little bit because there is a small scrape and I felt her teeth occasionally ( i have a big D so she probably had trouble getting her mouth around it) but WTF that can't be good!!!  She's well reviewed on here but all she needs is a loose tooth or brush her teeth recently ANYTHING and i'm SCREWED!!!!!!

What makes you think there were any infections to be passed?  Most (I did say most, before anyone goes crazy) of these professional ladies are more careful and aware than some civvie girl you pick up in a bar.  Reviews have nothing to do with whether she is clean or not, but are a good indicator that she has been doing this for a while.  One "could" assume that she wouldn't be getting good reviews if she were spreading diseases around, right?  Still, if you are so concerned, go get tested, and relieve your mind!  You can go to a clinic rather than your regular Dr. if you are concerned about privacy.  There is nothing else you can do at this point, except continue to make yourself crazy.  This is not a medical advice board, so you are not going to get ANSWERS here, just opinions.  So go see a doctor!

BTW dude, if she left teeth marks on your dick, that was more than a "little aggressive", lol.

Sir, do you know what the HIV risk is for fellatio? Do you know it would take 5 gallons of saliva for infection? Do you know there are enzymes in saliva that kill off a host of bacteria and viruses-- which is why we have it? SHE is far more apt to contract something from YOU than vicey versy. If you're going to hobby, really, I suggest reading up on this stuff.

As for the risk of uncovered BJ's, I think the risk to the man is next to nothing.  The risk always higher to the woman, she is the one who is "receiving" what you are giving her.  Not the other way around.  (unless you are a gay guy who takes it up the butt or something)

My sincerest apologies if I came across as a smartass, that was not my intention. I sometimes forget that tone of voice does not come across well in written word (I tend to be blunt-- that's just the Nu Yawkah in me). Of course there are risks for infection, but HIV is quite minimal. If the gentleman feels more comfortable with a CBJ, then by all means.

Depends a lot on type of provider and frequency of the act.
You see 10 low volume ladies vs. 10 "crack ho's" which is greater risk to you?
On the other foot, for ladies risk depends a lot on who the gentleman previously sees. If he saw a low vol lady the risk is less than if he's been seeing the "crack ho's.

Depends on her overhead expenses and what her "bottom line" is for the day/week/month. I've known ladies who will take as many calls as possible, until their phone stops ringing(or they finally fall asleep), and others who after 1 or 2 calls, are done for the day & then proceed to take the next 2-3 days off. There is no "average" volume. Some ladies do this full-time, while others it's just a substitute income. Some are single parents, while others only have themselves to support. Some are students trying to pay their way through college.. the list goes on and on, & again, there is no "magic number".
