Not everybody plays the same in this hobby. BBFS and creampies are a reality for some.

Urbandictionarey is also a good source to look up these acronyms and definitions.  
The link with the list of acronyms DJ gave you can be found in the self help center. The other half of that list (n-z) is also there. There is a lot of other good info in the self help center. Check it out. You can find it at the top of the page by the life preserver

I always see these acronyms on the boards but never know what they mean. Can someone please tell me what the fallowing stand for.

FWB
ATF
UTR
OTC

Also what does "Rimming & Cream Pie" mean?

I find it hard to believe there's a female that would allow anyone to cum inside her in this industry..
DJ1985, Cream pie can't possibly mean that i just read an ad in the DC ad boards where the guy was like "she does cream pies love it will definitely go see her!" So it can't mean that i will look it up on the list you provided me
