waiting for him till he gets VIP. One man told me he didn't get VIP for over a year and had many friendly notes waiting to read. To Verify a man is who he says he is I have him send a message to me on the system. I will tell them they need references to see me anyway but a few whitelists go a long way.

Also what Haley said. Both sides need VIP for a PM to go through. You can pay for VIP and get full VIP access or you can get the limited provider VIP which gives you access to your reviews and the PM system. You do have one review so far, so contact admin and get your profile with your review linked to your handle, and ask for the limited VIP. Read the self help manual under the life preserver at the top right of this page. There is a lot of good info for clients and providers. Like Haley said if you are going to use it for screening purposes, have the guy pm you through TER. Anyone can email you and say I am perfectstorm from TER but only I can PM you from perfectstorm's account.
