Did you actually read all the 15 guidelines before clicking on "agree" and going to the next page where you actually fill out the review form? All of the info is there and if you followed it all, then your review should be approved. The rules are pretty straight forward, but they have to be followed. Several important things are the provider has to have a name in her ad, a means of contact such as an email address, phone number or pager number, and she has to have a linkable website, or an ad on a TER approved ad mall (not a competing site with reviews) or a profile on a verification site (P411, date-check, or RS2k). If you followed all the guidelines and your review did not get approved, it is possible that it is because it is your first review and a first review for the lady too. Sometimes TER will hold up those types of reviews, until the hobbyist or the provider gets more reviews.
You can check "My TER" at the top of the page, and then "My reviews." Next to the review it will say "new", "approved" or "not approved." If not approved, there should be a reason why. If no reason, or you dont understand the reason, then contact admin using the "contact us" button and ask them.
Do what he told you. It is possible, and I don't know for sure w/o knowing who you reviewed, that the review may have been held until the provider got another one.
