If she goes to your location it's definitely not a LE issue. No way would police risk sending an undercover operative to a location they can't watch. Outcall there is a chance of being a police set up.

"Outcall" is having her go to your location and is the "safer" option from a client's perspective.

Even when you get it right, you still get it wrong. I am sure I speak for many when I say I am tired of having to follow you around to clean up your many messes. Just find another board to post on until you are capable of giving good, plain spoken advice to those who need it.

As for the OP, yes Outcall is "safer" for the reason ROGM suggests, but keep in mind nothing is 100% in this business. It is very rare for LE to allow a female undercover officer to be allowed into a room alone with a suspected "perp" without being able to "control the room", but that doesn't mean that it NEVER happens.  

That said, the vast majority of "stings" are incall, and the vast majority of them are in hotels as LE gets more bang for their buck that way. It's hardly worth it to them to rent an apartment just to use for a onetime sting, but as I said before NOTHING is guaranteed.

I have never heard of LE sending an undercover officer to some guy's place (hotel or house). It would be too dangerous for the girl working undercover. It also would be beyond LE's budget to do it like that.

There are no "definitely nots" re: LE. All we can do is try to mitigate the risk, as elimination of risk is impossible.  

Most believe, as I do, that outcall cuts down the risk significantly but as GaG said, there is never a guarantee in an illegal activity.

IMO if you are traveling and already have the room, then unless there are logistical complications associated with having her come to you (e.g. you are at a conference where you know a lot of people and slipping off-site is much less conspicuous than getting a fu a hot guest up to your room) then doing incall seems like unnecessary complication.  I only do incall when I am hobbling locally, as I would rather put the money that I would be spending on an outcall surcharge and the room itself into booking a higher quality incall provider.

I sort of feel the same.  I might as well have someone come to see me when I am traveling.  If it is near me I can visit someone who is more upscale.  
However, I think that as an experienced hobbyist who is doing well one should actually seriously think about traveling away from home and getting your own hotel room and doing outcall.  Sometimes on the incalls you can tell that the staff is watching but of course they cannot say anything to you.  I have gone to incalls where I can tell that the cleaning staff is intentionally trying to see where I am going.  In one case I could tell the cleaning lady pretended that she was going to clean the room right next to where I was going.  Nothing will really happen but it is a bit annoying and you never know if that person in housekeeping might end up knowing someone that you know.
