i did a review on a provider i met with yet how long does it take to post?

That's what it says after you submit a review.

However, if it's your first review or her first review, admin may wait until you do another one, or she gets another one, so it could be longer than 3 days.  I have had them go up in less than a day, and then again, longer than 3 days.  You just never know.
