Any tips on going greek with a provider?

I did greek for the first time with a provider because she offered it.  But then she started trembling with pain and was in tears so we had to stop.  We used vaseline and a lubricated cover and I thought I was going very slowly and gently.

Any tips?

Vaseline?!? No wonder. Vaseline royally and completely SUCKS as a lubricant. It is much too thick, and doesn't prevent friction from developing.

KY is the best lube, but many others also work very well. The important thing is that it should be a lubricant - as in advertised and designed to be put to this use - which vaseline is NOT.

It sounds like your lady friend is willing to do anal, but it sounds like she has little experience with it.

Alright, this post is going to be a bit graphic, but here goes..

Start off with just a finger at first, and work it in and out for a minute. She will likely tense a bit at first. When she starts to relax (you'll be able to feel it), work a second finger in slowly. Move your fingers around a bit, and have her alternately push against your fingers, and then squeeze your fingers. In order to truly enjoy greek, she needs to learn to control those muscles.

When she can comfortably take two fingers, and is comfortably able to control her muscles, she is ready. There are several positions that are ideal for anal sex. My preference is cowgirl. That way I can control how quickly he penetrates. Lie down and have her straddle you, position yourself for her but let her do the work at her own pace. The rule of thumb is slow and steady. VERY slow and steady.

Meanwhile, lay back, relax, and enjoy - and hold still. If you take things nice and slow, it won't take long before she is able to enthusiastically  enjoy herself, and you can then take more of an active role in your trip to Greece.

Hope these tips help!

I suggest that the fingers that are used get covered with a latex glove to prevent nails from cutting the lady's anal flesh.

Keep in mind that the anal sphincter is actually TWO different muscles. The outer one is under voluntary control. It is under your conscious control. The inner one is NOT under your conscious control. It relaxes on its own time. This is why anal HURTS for so many people. They push thru the inner without taking the time for it to relax. You must relax AND the muscle must be stimulated GENTLY! so that it will relax. Penetrating an anus is not like penetrating a vagina or mouth. Take it slow, and it will be OK.

Vaseline is petroleum based and degrades the latex.
It is a chemical reaction that as soon as the two come together starts to deteriorate the latex condom, the slightest bit of friction and you have a broken condom...I guess it's good you at least didn't have the condom break.

Doesn't sound like you or she knows much about Greek or safety. As for going slow...slowly forcing something into a tight orifice may be less painful that quickly forcing something into a tight orifice but still painful...and using a thick substance as a "lube"?

I suggest you both read a bit before trying again...actually read a bit before doing anything again if you thought Vaseline with a latex condom was a good idea.

No the condom didn't break but I would never use vaseline again.  I only went for it because she offered.

Sounds like lube and fingers first are the way to go.

clean out the rectum. Fleets makes a disposable enema that's really easy to use.
If it's a capricious moment, you can always use a water bottle with a sports top on it.
And of course, it's much easier to perform an enema with lube too.
When you do the enema, a few times to flush out the rectum, it will naturally relax the sphincter muscles.
At many drug stores, there are finger cots or finger condoms.
There are many nasty germs under our fingernails so it's best to cover up when probing into a place that might get easily infected.

And of course, this should be elementary but never go from the rectum to the vagina!
Always wash up with a strong soap.

And one item that most people don't know is that right after you have sex, go pee.
Urine is sterile and will clean out the urethra. Both men and women can get bladder infections, especially women. For men, it would occur if you're having unprotected sex where fluids could be forced into the urethra.

Be clean, play safe and you'll have a great time.
It was only in the past 5 years, I've met a few girls who could orgasm through anal sex.
It was truly amazing....
I guess there was enough stimulation through the rectum to hit their G spot...

Have you ever had an enema? They suck. A fleet enema causes spasmodic cramping that is to put it lightly, uncomfortable. And you suggest not one, but a few? Thanks but no thanks. Total mood killer.

The rectum does not need cleaning unless a BM is imminent, in which case, just let nature takes its course before beginning play. If you are bothered by the fact that anal play can get a little messy, an enema using warm (not hot) water ONLY is more than sufficient to have things nice and tidy.

have I had an enema?
yes, and I would think many or most people have.
They aren't fun but I don't think that everyone has spasmodic cramping as you have had.

My opinion (and I'm not a medical doctor) is that the rectum does need a good rinse if you're going to have anal sex, even if the girl has already had a bowel movement.
I know of a few girls who have their regular bowel movement in the evening or late afternoons not in the mornings when they wake up-that is their regular schedule.

Sounds like you're one that really has a tough time with enemas and shouldn't have them.
But I know many girls who regularly engage in anal sex and always clean their rectums prior to meeting the guy.
I agree that a break in the action, to go have an enema can  and probably will kill the mood.
But you can take steps before an encounter.

As a provider who enjoys Greek, I am always surprised by the number of hobbyists who don't understand how to approach this technique. The advice that has been posted is right on target as far as how to approach a successful trip to Greece. I want to second what has been said - - Greek should be the last position since nothing from the rectum should end up in the vaginal areas. A suggestion - if you are going to use your fingers...use only one hand (covered or uncovered) and remember..NEVER put that hand in any other areas!!!! That avoids any confusion and the risk of contamination of other sensitive areas. This simple technique will make Greek much safer for both parties and avoid antibiotics and discomfort!!!!!
"Always make sure the left hand knows what the right hand is doing!!!"
