Ive checked out the site before and I just assumed that none of them are real.  
Ive never met anyone from there. The 1st time I ever was with a provider was when my buddy wanted to hang out and invited me over to the hotel room of a "friend" of his who was supposedly visiting in town. He didnt tell me his friend was a provider until later. He knew I was young, naive and skiddish, but he wanted to act out a fantasy and so he tricked me into hanging out with him and his "friend". I think they met through a personal ad in a local meetup mag from that city. I dunno. After that, I rarely believed anything that guy said. And to this day, Im still wondering if I'll ever see the hidden video I found later that they made of us.

have met many providers from backpage who looked exactly like their pictures. Backpage is not an evil entity. Backpage is just an ad site. No more no less.

Of course many are fake too. That's why you do research. You are doing the right thing by checking "google images." hope you are also checking for reviews and googling phobe numbers etc.

By the way there are many fake photos on EROS and other ad sites too. Even here on TER

In my area, the majority of reviews are of girls on back page, and a good amount are good reviews, such as pics are true.

START with TER.  Follow the links to the ad sites where ever they may be.  I see a lot of well reviewed providers who are on BP with real photos.  And there are fakes on all ad sites as well.  I USE the TER tools...  services as promised, real pictures.    
And I judge the pictures pretty hard.  Taken in total, I want to know what she looks like naked before I get to her door.  Pictures that are all from the same angle don't give enough views.  I've learned the same 2-3 pictures used in ads over & over are suspect to be old or fake.  One who as on my bucket list...   the pictures were of her about 10 years before...

I really try to stay away from BP because of all the bs & they will not allow me to post a link to my website.

As a newbie, my main advice is to stay away from Backpage, I am not saying that good providers don't advertise there however, the main problem resides in the multiple fake pictures, safety issues, upselling, pimps etc.  so you need to research harder when you just can avoid that with a highly reviewed provider here...
