Hi new user here. I wasn’t able to post a first review of a provider because I too am new. Kinda wondering how to get out of newbie jail. I did review another provider who already has a profile so hopefully that helps?

You already have one review approved so I think you are asking about the first review of a new Provider who has zero reviews.
.
As I recall, and I don't even recall if it's official or just lore, a Provider's first review can take longer to get approved when submitted by a newbie than when submitted by an experienced reviewer with more cred. According to nothing official, Admin sometimes waits to see if other reviews show up that validate the newbie's "first review" of that Provider.
.
(There are many "fake reviews" by new users (with zero reviews) that do get approved as a Provider's first review. That's the way the TER review approval works: unpredictably!)
.
I'm not sure, but I think that even if your approval is delayed, it will show up in chronological order based on submission date. E.g., you submit your review on Day 1; more reviews come in on Day 5, Day 10, ... and get approved more quickly. YOUR review on Day 1 would still appear on the Provider's Profile / Review page as the first review.
.
Normal approval rates are in the 1-3 day range but sometimes much longer. You can nudge Admin (Contact Us) after a long delay but don't make a nuisance of yourself.
