I made a post a couple weeks ago about trying to avoid losing my day off due to a cancelled meeting since i dont have alot of time on my hands. Well it happened. I made the appointment thru p411 and sent the email and everything looked promising so i did what you veterans suggested and avoided attempting to make multiple appointments or have a backup plan. I called the provider twice, answered the 2nd time and she seemed very nice and sweet and id like to think i wasnt so bad myself, but in the end, my lack of references were a problem and she apoligized for not being able to see me. Now i understand her completely and im glad she screens, but this is a problem for me since i dont have alot of free time and i just lost a day today and possibly more in the future if my newbie status becomes a rejection epidemic. It was hard enough just to keep my nerves under control for this experience. I would like some suggestions as to what to do to relinquish this newb status quickly so that i may have fun like you gents. Sure i could keep trying to find someone who will take me in but at my rate of free days, i have without raising suspicion of my girl, i might only have 12 tries a year. maybe twice in a month if i can try every other month. Anyways, I did have other providers on my list but i dont want to degrade the quality of my research by going down a list until i end up with someone i dont want to be with and might be a scam/Le/or just plain poor performance.

and here's why. The screening is pretty straightforward and if there is some problem with the girl (it happens to the best of us) there's a fair chance they will have another girl for you to see on short notice. Pretty good solution for your particular situation.
Zisk, some of us do check actual ladies a guy may have seen to get a handle on the type of client he is. Sure he has passed screening for a verification service, but that tells nothing of what he is like in person. This does not happen all the time but it is not as rare as expected.
Sometimes we ladies get a hinky feeling and just like to hear from one of our peers that has seen him if he has provider ok's or if he has none, that's a better reason to ask for references. Those on P411 with no provider OK's can be risky in so much as they might be LE. If known ladies have seen him...this likelihood is lessened.

The onlt thing i can think of now is that she may have asked for references because i wasnt especially convincing that i wasnt some LE or creep but im not a social butterfly or a soothing conversationalist so if that was the problem then im fucked.
Right, but I still check with the ladies who've give you an OK on P411 or on DC.
I just recently had an appt with someone who was highly recommended 9 times on DC and it was one of the worst nightmare meetings I've been through in my long career of escorting.
I made the HUGE mistake of thinking that because 9, count em 9, ladies had given him a "highly recommended" status and the fact that he was so charming that I didn't need to check with any of the ladies. I will NEVER make that mistake again! So sorry the bad apples spoil it for you good guys.
If a gentleman has no provider references, I do an employment check. Very simple, professional, and discrete.
You should state up from that you are new. I found someone who did alternate screening & never looked back. I was very nervious the first time & still am on a first date. skb
