Your going to have to give it up to either a REPUTABLE provider or two, or a verification site, OR you can go with the nameless, faceless, no review or reputation backpage cheap pimped out girls who may rip you off, may be a bait and switch, may be an upsell, may have a pimp who pops out and robs you, and after all that you get through it safe and sound and have a decent meeting, they won't be worth anything to you as a reference in the future.

If a girl is well-reviewed by many well-respected, reliable reviewers, chances are good that she is reputable.
Agencies are no different. Just do a search on girls who work at agencies, and do your research that way.

Regarding the reviews, you have to take some of those reviews with a grain of salt. A quick glance at a review will not suffice. You need to look at the reviewer's review history to see if his previous reviews are in line with the others and not all 10/10 types of ratings. In other words, if that reviewer gives nothing but 10/10 type of ratings, that should raise a red flag.

When I say "reputable provider" to me, that means I can research her online and I can see that she has a history of reviews, is probably on P411, Date Check and maintains a website. Personally I have no problem with giving out info but the idea of my workplace getting called is completely insane. I guess that for most guys they work in an office with their own landline and get called by random people all the time so it's not a big deal but I'm a field worker with a work cell and if they call it directly then how are they supposed to know it's my work phone? They would have to call my workplace and get transferred to me and that NEVER HAPPENS so it would definitely be noted and raise eyebrows.
