Is it safe to use Providers you find in the yellow pages?

I guess that depends on what area you are in, but if you are talking about the Yellow Pages in the phonebooks that were popular back in the 1980's? I don't think so.

Avoid both.

I have used phone books in Canada but never in the US. Nothing is 100% safe in the USA.

and any other advertising site IF the providers listed have a number or reviews on TER from reviewers with a good history.  

It really is that simple.  It does not matter where they advertise so long as they are reviewed.  There is an agency here that still lists in the Yellow Pages, and their providers consistently get high reviews, the trick is to know that you are checking out the girl you've been promised.

I always advise Newbies to start with TER first by researching the reviews in their area and then backing into the ad sites from the provider profiles.  You should end up at TER during your research anyway, so why not start there?  What you will find is that a majority of the ladies advertise on EROS or CV (at least in my area), but some very good ones still advertise on CL and other sites.

When you are advised to stay away from CL and other forums, what you are really being advised is that most of the ads there are B&S or otherwise untrustworthy.  That's true, but there ARE good providers advertising there, you just have to wade through the chaff to find them.  Until your hobby brain is ripened, you should avoid that by backing in through TER.

Why would you want to?  The lead time to get an ad INTO the Yellow Pages is probably several months, then the phone book you are looking at is how old?  Contrast that to reviews on TER that are updated daily and answer your own question.

As for Craigslist etc, you can eventually glean a sense of who is legitimate and who is a scam on there by reading the listings daily and then cross checking with TER to see if she has reviews.  One thing is for damn sure, if the ad is just too good to be true, it is.  Playboy Centerfold material is not coming to your room for $100.00.  When you see ads with studio quality pictures of an exceptionally hot woman and the fees are 'under market,' move on, its a bait-and-switch or upsell scam - at best.

Get a VIP membership, read the reviews and see the ladies of your dreams with minimal risk.  If you do your research, you will have a great time over and over again.  Just don't do anything stupid to attract LE.
