Just thought I'd post this as a service to the noob community. The list is not exhaustive and is based only on my experience. Ladies feel free to add your "tells" if you wish....

The signs I love to see / feel etc:
flushing of the lower face and neck and sometimes chest
breathing becomes shallower as lower belly muscles tense up, sometimes faster, sometimes she holds her breath right when on the edge as well
thigh muscles tense up and / or quiver, sometimes you can feel her bottom muschles contract and lift her a bit; other times she clamps down with her thighs
vaginal muscles contract either spasmically or in one hard contraction, sometimes squeezing me right out, sometimes clamping down hard on me. I've had to check for damage a few times..... many times I've been ejected so hard it was uncomfortable

Those are biological signs I'm in a position to see. Others include curling of the toes, and flexing of the fingers either overextended or in a fist.
