All the girls require previous references, and the datechecks and p411s require verifiable employment. as far as I know... Am I doomed to an eternity of blue balls? Are there girls who don't require references?

reading the self help center, link at top of page under the life preserver.  You will find a lot of helpful info there.  Until you get some references, you are going to have to give up some personal info either to each provider, or to one or two verification sites.  Gina at P411 is pretty good at verifying guys with a minimum of prying into your life.

Girls that don't require refs, you don't want to see, trust me on that, unless you want to spend the night in the gray bar hotel, and I don't think you really want that.  P411 allows the providers to indicate if they are newbie friendly, those are the ones to look for.  You can look here, but it may take a while.  You gotta do the research if you want to stay safe.  Do a search for 'research' on this forum.
