I have had them up in less than 48 hrs, and as long as 4 days.  I think it all depends on how busy the approvers are, i e, how many reviews they have lined up to read.

how long does it take for a posted review to clear and show up on the board?

When you submit it says within 72 hours I think.  However mine have taken anywhere from less than 8 hours to a week.
