I saw a thread on the GD Board referring to a UTR provider and would like to know what that is.

she does have a website, zip reviews and gets her clients via either being a member of a "private" club of providers, or via referrals only.

an UTR provider is one who had an active website, but decided to "retire", and continues to see former clients with whom she is comfortable.

At least that is the case of several providers that I see.

In another case, I know an UTR provider that works at a massage parlor, and sees some clients off-campus after getting to know them well enough to trust them.

There are probably many variations on this theme.

One thing that is very important is that you never betray their confidentiality by posting about them, at least not without their knowledge and consent.
