when you write a review does it bump another review off...saying a lower score or an older one?

No.  The reviews pile up as long as the provider remains active and does not ask to have them removed.

the provider I did a review for has called me and told me that her first review was by chuck70 who did a later review a 2nd time

due to the hurricane, she has no cable internet but I printed her out the reviews and mailed them to her and she thinks that two are missing

one by chuck70 and one by someone a month later
