Tell them why you want to edit the review. If they agree, they will "unapprove" it, and put it back in your "edit" cue for a while, giving you a chance to edit and resubmit

If admin agrees with why you want to edit the review, they can make it accessible to you so you can edit it.  You will not have unlimited time, but enough to get the job done.
