I agree. If a lady is well-reviewed, chances are, she's not going to rush you out the door. One hour should equal one hour.

You'll find that they stay the full time, and often longer.  Recently, I had a friend contemplate cancelling a 6pm because our 1-hour noon appointment was running long.  She didn't want to leave, and I was OK with that.  If you're the guy that's nicer than most, the perks can be frequent.
