Every provider runs their verification differently -

we cant tell you what they do or dont do - because we dont know babe,

looking to go smart and get higher quality providers, but wondering about these verifications that a lot of them need.  What exactly do they ask, or do? mainly wondering about what happens, or what questions they ask when they call my work, or anyother info would be great!!  thanks!!

Look at the verification process as something necessary in order to make the provider feel as comfortable as possible about spending time with you. Believe me; a provider is FAR more nervous about seeing a prospective new client than a hobbyist is about seeing a lady.

Now in order to appease the anxiety of the provider, the lady will require information from you in order to feel comfortable and confident about setting up an appointment. Some ladies will just ask for a reference from a provider (i.e. a recent provider you have seen who will simply verify that you did not cause any problems before/during/or after the session); other providers may require 2-3 references. Some ladies are comfortable with calling you discreetly at work (i.e. to make sure you are not a cop). Some ladies may be willing to see hobbyists merely because they are VIP members on TER, or are white listed or are active participants on the boards. No Rules.

Again, what they ask you is also up to each lady. Some may just want to make sure you work in a non "LE' venue, others may want to know a little bit more about you and your personality. Each provider has to do what they feel is right for their own safety. They will ask as much or as little of you to meet this end.

The bottom line is that if you are not comfortable answering a ladies questions, or you feel the questions are too invasive/ or personal, than that particular lady is not right for you. You as the hobbyist do not get to decide what information you are willing to give a provider; a provider will ask of you all the information necessary in order for the lady to feel confident and comfortable in setting up the session.

thanks so much,  great info!  I have nothing to hide, i was just afraid that they call the owners or managers, and i didnt know how providers would request info from them without giving away too much info about the real cause of the call..

I recently went through the p411 verification process and it is extremely discreet.  Plus the provider I went to asked some additional questions because I was new which were really no problem.  I feel that the more a provider screens the safer I feel about seeing them.  If they would not screen, I do not think I would want to see that provider.

Any general questions that are asked??  just so i know what to expect??  thanks for all the help

What if you just graduated from college and you don't have a job, are you out of luck?

The p411 person left a message on my phone at work saying that my application was being reviewed form some company.  I called back and confirmed my email address and they asked which company was given and that is basically it for me.
The provider asked for my birth date and name for verification.  No  problems.  I think it is better to be upfront and make sure a provider is comfortable with you.  They actually have a lot more at stack than the hobbyist does.  Also, if anything is ever asked you are uncomfortable with just go find somebody else.
