Anybody can say in a phone call or email that their TER handle is so-and-so. That's why I like private messaging here as a confirmation tool that you are who you say you are.

For me, they're kind of the "bonus points" as far as references go. I ask for references in the regular manner, and if he has Whitelists (or ladies he's reviewed), I'll usually contact a couple of the more recent of them for additional input. This can help a lot if the ladies he provided as references either don't respond at all or give a lukewarm response like, "Yeah we met and he was fine."

I still need references even if he has whitelisting from providers.Even if he has a lot of whitelistings I still need references and to be able to talk to the ladies.I cannot just go off the whitelist if the gentleman is whitelisted that's better but not everything.

gives some basis for the provider forming an opinion.  I'd expect she'd use some additional screening before confirming an appointment.
