You do not need to have a phone number as "email only" contact is fine with TER. You do need either a web site or an ad on Eros or some other site that can be linked to. At one time ads on CL worked as well but I'm not sure if that is still the case.

that also includes that any profile or ad from humaniplex (hx) cannot be used. tried it already and they rejected it. if the escort has a gmail account then just have post up a free google blog page with a photos, text and email. if you need help let me know.

TER still seems to be accepting Craigslist ads and even the Craigslist email link for the email address.

Often, within a few days of the profile going public the CL ad link is replaced with a CityVibe or BackPage link to a presumably free ad.

When TER started doing this a year or so ago with CityVibe I posted a question on the General Discussion Board asking TER to respond.  The response merely acknowledged that it had a business relationship with CV.

Presumably, having a more permanent link makes sense from TER's perspective because "report new website" is not in as many profiles.

However, for a Craigslist ad to be accepted after "report new website" replaces the original CL link, it has been my experience that the provider's CL ad must include her name.  My "problem reports" have been rejected when the provider did not have her name in the ad, even though the phone number was.
