Thinking about changing webhosts for my website. (My current host built my site.)

Want to upgrade in terms of security and offerings, but trying to keep costs down

Would love to get ladies opinions on:
1. Cuties Tools  
2. Veda Designs  
3. Anyone else

Don't mind paying a little bit to keep the ads away (ie, not interested in omgmaker, etc.). Would like to find someone who can see the current site and create a very similar site.

Have been told the design of my site is really nice and professional (which it is). Just want to be able to track analytics better and make sure it has adequate protection.  

Please let me know what you all think. Really appreciate honest opinions about the options out there.

PS, I am a seasoned TER provider, but am using an alias because I believe my current host is a TER member and don't want to tip them off until I make the switch (maybe overly paranoid, but want to be safe)

You might consider Paramour Designs. They’re based outside the USA, I think Australia. I have a couple of friends who’ve been with them for a long time.
