I have found that a thank you email afterwards is in good taste, and usually very much appreciated. from what I'm told, it gives some a way to gauge their performance. also, if you intend to see the same lady again, this could be the time to inform her what you liked and/or disliked about her services. just remember not to discuss explicit details (bad hobbyist etiquette), and don't go on and on about how wonderful she is. providers get many emails every day and do not have time to read through all that. however, a simple, polite "thanks, had a good time, will see you again" message can really go a long way in making a lady feel appreciated.

I think thank you's are always well received.  

Focus more on what you enjoyed about spending time with her rather than the details of the session.  And let her know you plan to return.

I think gushing "It was AMAZING" is okay...

It would tell me something about her if she thought it was lame.
