but you must understand

the experience of each hobbyist is subjective - not every hobbyist will appreciate you in the same way / to the same degree as others. Each hobbyist has different tastes in the female form as well. Your low review obviously came from someone whose tastes did not match your appearance. Don't worry about it. Many of us would find you quite appealing. Indeed - most of us have - you only have one low review out of ten.

When most of us read reviews, we do not concern ourselves with the occasional low score.

I understand that it is difficult to be criticized by a reviewer. I have always said that I could not handle being scrutinized and evaluated in this way. But over all, your reviews are very good and are probably contributing to your success.

Terry, I read your reviews and only one did I see where he called you too skinny (his opinion). I also looked at your ad and given your reviews and ad I would definately give you a call.

Now as for the critisims. I, like others here, would hate to be on the receiving end of being rated for my performance with a provider. But hey, it is what it is and this is what this website is set up for, reviews.

Now imagine if we weren't so graphic, then how I would I find a spinner, or another guy find a BBW provider.

Once again I didn't find anything written about you that I would consider harsh but YMMV with that.

I'd guess that's the review in question.

As someone who hobbies mostly in her home port, I saw that review, took another look at her ad, and RAISED her on my to-do list as a result of it.

Terry, you need more pictures, and your own website would help as well.  I had previously dismissed you because the picture didn't give me a good enough look to know what to expect.  It seems that the reviewer had the same feelings, albeit in a different direction.

A real website (even the free variety) would give you access to a group that's willing to pay a higher rate.  Certainly, that would cover a set of professional photos.

In the meantime, what'cha doing tomorrow?

and one man's too skinny is another man's just right. Count me as one in the "another man's" camp. I think you look just fine and I would bet that so do the overwhelming majority of men.

One other thing, the reviewer in question has numerous reviews with comparitively low numbers, a six from him is as good as an eight from most other reviewers. Personally I wish more reviewers were like him. As littlePhil stated, his review would put you "higher" on my todo list not lower.

It was obvious to me the moment that I saw your reviews why you feel the way that you do.

I spend a fair amount of time on this and other websites before deciding on a date. I am usually as positive as one can be of what I am getting beforehand so that I am not overly surprised. In profile photos where a face is blurred or their body is not shown in exactly the best of light or angle or reasonably current statis I will always find what is sexy about her once we meet.
 
Contrary to how I must sound, I am not always the easiest guy in the world to please but I also realize that I am not Brad Pitt. In the many years that I have been in this lifestyle I have had my ups and downs but I always keep in mind that I chose the lady that I wanted to be with, she didn't choose me.

I don't write reviews but someday if I do I will stick to the important points within the greeting, the warm up, the passion, the cool down and the close.
I personally have a real problem with the idea of conveying what might be my idea of perfection in terms of looks, for everyone else to read. I don't feel that is fair.

I pray that someday a retired provider doesn't come up with the notion to start a review board to rate hobbyists. Think about what it might feel like to be rated by the very ladies that we spend so much time with.

Have any of us ever seen what goes on, what they discuss , on the providers only side of TER ????  

OK, I have said enough to bring some serious rain down on myself but personally, I would find another avenue to satisfy myself as a hobbyist if I had to read a review of my overall appearance and ability after sharing quality time with a gal that I chose to be with.

Yea I don't really pay attention to the numbers either.  I read the reviews and look at the content.  And truly if you have 10 excellent reviews and 1 bad one....I shrug it off as

A. Maybe she had a bad day....which you are entitled to once in awile....you are still human.

B. The guy was being a jerk.

Romeo, not trying to take away your post at all but would like to note a few things.

This is called TER for a reason. The initials stand for The Erotic Review. Key word review. YMMV on how guys write their reviews but one thing I want to believe is the guys are reporting this fictional story as they see, touch and feel it.

With that said for the most part I think guys try NOT to hurt the ladies feelings by putting something hurtful in the reviews but sometimes the truth my hurt. As stated earlier in my thread above this one, all I saw was a remark of being skinny. This for me was a fact through this guys eyes and actually a turn on for me. I personally like that look on some ladies.

To adress your other statement on how you have never wrote a review. This I don't understand as what if all guys felt as you. Then you wouldn't benefit from this website nor would I. I realize a lot of people lurk here and don't post or write reviews and I'm fine with that but when one does write a post about not writing a review then I wonder how he can have an honest opinion about this thread. I hope in the future you will write your reviews as it might help me decide to see or not to see a provider based on your opinion.

Lotsw of girls would kill for reviews as good as yours!  Clearly you are doing something right.  Sure guys have different tastes on women's shapes...  
But I look at performance first, looks second...  and I look for consistant reviews say +/- one.  I don't call anyone with consistantly wide rating swings...  I consider them "moody" and with my luck I always catch the bad mood, LOL!
I don't rule out an single low rank...  because occasionally the chemistry is just not there.  Actually you got a good review except for appearance... on one review!  Hell, I'd happily  come see someone with your reviews.

Keep doing what you're doing & don't freak over one slight low review.

I understand your position which in reality, is mostly mine as well.

It is true that I have not contributed a written review to this site but would certainly kick in my .02 through an honest appraisal, in the event that I had a less than acceptable experience that everyone else on this site could benefit from. That is my promise.

The point that I was trying to get across was simply that Teristarr had a photo attached to her profile which showed a very attractive, sexy yet slim or skinny body.

If I don't prefer to be with a lady who is skinny, I don't choose a lady from a skinny photo.

If I opt to choose to be with the type lady described above and their service is excellent I am happy and feel that I have received my monies worth all around.

To answer your mention as to how I can have an opinion on writing a review when I have not written one myself, I am not alone. I pay a monthly fee like the other members, who like myself, do not write reviews but take an active part in the site. After all where would TER be without the membership fees rolling in each month.
