I have been waiting for someone to review her, but no one has and she has been on there for so long. Can anyone give me some ideas why she wouldn't have reviews?

It may because she doesn't appear to be FS.  I've been scrounging TER for a while, and despite their strength in reviews for FS providers, they do not seem to have much for those that are not FS.  This provider looks like a sensual massage therapist..

I guess that means you can be the first to introduce her to our fine community.  I've done it plenty of times.

There are tons on here that are not full service....

It probably means that she does not want reviews....she has been on thatmall for awhile.

Or perhaps guys didn't want to bother posting a bad review.

Quite your whining and just go for it.  Or, move on to someone else who has been reviewed.  

I hope you don't believe that every single girl that works in the providing business has a review on TER.  It's just not possible.  There are so many girls and not every guy knows about this site and not every guy that does is compelled to write a review.
