To get a review? I have seen a few hobbyist and they have even written reviews that for some reason or another have been rejected?? What is the secret to getting a review written and approved?

Do you have website/Ad Online that shows your hobby name? If you are a UTR provider (no website) then you can't reviewed on TER.

Another common reason for getting reviews rejected is not enough graphic details in the reviews. Third most common reason is too much personal info. Lets say the guys put info of the Hotel they saw you in. Then TER will not put up that review.

The review can also be rejected if its older than 90 days.

These are just some of the reasons. Only the hobbyist and TER know why a certain review got rejected. I'm not sure if the provider ever finds out or not. So don't quote me on that.

Hopefully that answers your question.

I do have a website/Ad on TER that shows my provider name. I also have TER certified link  on my site.

The two that gor rejected by two different clients were for both of those reasons. One for not enough detail and one for to much detail.. I hate to ask to have them re-written but, I think it would be helpful for me to have them both resubmit. I have spoken to both of them recently but not asked to have them resubmit. I think I might. I am sure they could tweek them and submit again.

...by first-time reviewers.  Make sure the hobbyists writing reviews are TER vets.

I can show you plenty of cases where that is never enforced.....

And how do you know they were first timers themselves.

...reviewers.  No system is perfect; some are legit and some are not.  But you CAN'T show me first-time reviews of first-time providers that WERE rejected just for that reason.  For every one that was allowed, maybe 100 were rejected.  We don't know.

The reviews in question were probably not written by first-time reviewers because she said they were rejected for having too little or too much detail.  At least, that's the reason she was given.

Yes those were the reasons stated. I am beginning to wonder if they submitted the review at all. Sigh... I am a good provider and want a good reputation. That is all.

Mine were rejected for just that reason. And ter told me so.

I am in the same boat, going crazy because great clients are giving me really nice reviews and none of them are approved yet because the clients are first timers, from europe where i worked before.

Things are different there, all is legal and no need for all this circus...

So I just want to work and you all ask for reviews and TER won't post.

TER DOES NOT refuse a review based upon it being solely by a 1st time reviewer.

Last time a girl complained about this exact same thing, admin embarrassed her on the boards of the reason why it was denied.

Not saying that is you or the OP (and I am not saying this is the case)... but what I am saying is to claim TER denied a review for this reason alone is not truthful. There is more to it than this...

Many things get reviews denied, as I stated in my prior post.

Maybe he didn't review you? Maybe it was vague?

...for a provider with no reviews which is what it would be in Jazmin's case.

I remember the incident you're referring to. It could be something like that in this situation but it does happen that TER won't post first time reviews for first time providers and that is the only reason. Do a search and note how often newbies were informed of this being possible.

I see it all the time. Kinda puzzling, isn't it.

I have seen plenty of reviews by vague reviewers.... Very vague.

Some guys post personal info. Some TER questions, be it first time reviewers or a gloating guy.

There is no secret but to be honest and it will be approved. Newbie or not.

Sometimes guys say they will but won't. They don't want to get in the drama.

Just keep how you go how you are doing and someone will.

Thanks for the information. The other provider I have worked with said the same thing. Sometimes its easy to get a review approved and sometimes not. No real rhyme or reason. Eventually it will work.. Meanwhile I'll be patient!

I got on other review sites, and asked clients to write reviews there. Having reviews SOMEWHERE is enough to satisfy most guys until you get a review put through on TER. at least then you can hope to get someone who has tons of reviews to see you and write a review on you, because you have something out there saying you can be trusted. I don't think I am allowed to mention what the other review sites are, but if you need the. Just contact me.
