I have been a member of TER and also worked with an agency for about a year and got 3-4 calls a day. It was amazing! All my bills were getting paid. Then things that were small happened and now I work for a sepereate agency that, at first, got me a decent amount of calls but certianly not like I wanted. Now calls have pretty much stopped all together! What does this mean? What do I do? Where do I go? I'd post my ads on here or my email for someone to write me because I'm not VIP any longer but my ads never ever get posted! PLEASE hELP! I want my life back where I was making green like crazy a week! I am great at what I do also! I need someone to tell me if i should leave an email and they can send me advice, leave advice here, refer me to a great agency where I'll have work everyday etcetera. I could just cry. This is really the last straw. I have nothing left!!
I have never worked for an agency, I'm not sure why you can't go on your own. I don't mean this in a rude way but... No one can make your life better, you must take some initiative, take control of your life. If you want to stay in this business start posting ads, if you are not getting calls or repeat clients then take a good look at yourself and figure out what you need to change. Keep in mind that the economy sucks and business is down everywhere but if you offer a quality, reliable service you will get repeat clients and word gets around. You should do well enough to pay the bills and put a little in the bank. Good Luck

Many times it is because the TER logo isn't properly displayed on your site.
If you have reviews here you can get limited VIP, and have your posts linked to your profile, which is great marketing.

You could also make a list for yourself of what's changed between the time you were doing well and now (besides the economy). Try to figure out if it's something you can do something about. And of course, live frugally or pick up a 'day job' until things pick up for you--which will probably happen eventually--it's a cyclical business, or so I've heard!
