…Great now I got Clapton stuck in my head.
Anyways, Hello Layla!
At first I didn’t understand what you meant about can’t find your reviews, because they are definitely right there. But now I THINK I see the confusion.
The name on your profile isn’t LaylaLovees, it’s Layla. Searching within 50 miles of KCMO for a provider named “LaylaLovees” brings up no results. Search for “Layla” and boom, there YOU are. I can explain.
There’s a distinction between your username and your provider profile. Your username is what you post on the forums under, LaylaLovees.
Anyone can have a username. I have one. There are people with usernames who have never written a review or participated in these discussion boards, who just read the reviews and discussions. There are providers who don’t have any reviews yet but do have a username and post in the discussion boards.
Only providers with at least one review have a provider profile though, usually just called a profile. The username and profile are separate things. Within ter, you have a username as well as a “provider name”, the name on your profile. A profile (reviews) can be “linked” to a provider’s username, making them connected to each other, but still separate. You DO have your username and profile linked. That’s a great step!
You are doing a LOT of things right to make yourself “findable” on TER. You have your username linked. You have your ter id number on your tryst profile, and even a link. Your ter reviews are linked on your P411 profile. The phone number on your tryst and P411 matches your ter profile. Your reviews are not hard to find.
Hypothetically, if I had found you somewhere else and wondered if you were on ter, it would take me about a second and a half to find you here. I always start by searching for a provider’s phone number anyway; I think most of us do. If I tossed your phone number into a search engine, your ter profile would be one of the top hits.
As a customer, if you do try searching ter by name and find nothing using a two-part name, you try first name only. You search by phone number or email address. This is all common sense to most of us clients. I hope this isn’t too harsh but if a potential client said they couldn’t find you on here, they don’t know what they’re doing.
If you want to make it foolproof, my only suggestion is to use the contact us button and ask admin if the name on your profile can be changed to LaylaLovees, since that’s what your ads say. I don’t know if they’ll be willing to do that or not, but you could ask.
You said you need people to be able to find you and message you on here. You will still be able to use the messaging system (PM) even if your paid VIP status runs out. The easiest way for someone to message you is for them to go to your reviews (again, easily found) and click “send PM” at the top of the page.
It’s important to note that any client wanting to PM you here has to be a VIP member. It doesn’t matter how they find you or try to find you, if they’re not a TER VIP member, they can’t PM you or anyone else. You will still be able to send and receive PM’s after your paid VIP runs out because of your “provider free” VIP.
I hope this helps! If you’re now more confused than before, ask some specific questions and some nice person who’s smarter than me will help.
You have a great smile BTW!
