I was the first to review a girl on TER a couple of months ago and there was 5 reviews on her and there was a new review of her yesterday. What happen to the reviews??

I wonder where the reviews went. What does that mean when the reviews are deleted? Did the provider request to be deleted, did TER removed the reviews for some other reasons?

And the girl that was deleted was a local provider from my area. She wasn't a PSE or anything like that.

There are actually several issues to address in your post.

In your specific case, Alyssa's profile and reviews are still in the database, but there is no longer a web site associated with her profile. This means that you are probably not using the correct search parameters to find her profile/reviews - see the link below for details:

She just politely asks TER to take them down.  And she has very good reasons that I can't share here.  She likes to keep a low profile.
