Any issues with a profile should be submitted via a problem
report first, not email.

Frankie is right.  Try filing a problem report, they seem to get resolved quicker.   Hobbyist here can also file the problem report if they do a review of you and have problems with the site link.  I do not understand why email to admins do not get answered, but it happens.
    One suggestion that I have for you is that if you have found a better site for your reviews then you should use it exclusively.  My guess is that you are on this site because you have guessed that it will get you the business volume that you are seeking.

Hun.....I can identify with you!  Same thing has happened to me here and I am a paying member!   I think you have to have lots of reviews and a website before people will email you....not sure.......but I do have reviews on CL (Sweet, Sexy, Classy, Discreet, 5'9", 130lbs, Swedish") and two men have posted about me here on the Boston Discussion Board page 5 under "Swedish Delight in New England"  I am still working on my website as I am using my yahoo profile pics right now.  I tend to blur my face for safety and privacy too so maybe that would hurt me as far as responses.  Not sure!  hmmmmm    sweetsexyclassy
