This probably obvious to everybody but me, but can a provider see my whitelist info if she is NOT VIP status?  Or are providers never VIP?  I'm running into a situation where a provider says she's not able to see my whitelist or retrieve PMs but she does have a profile.  Frustrating..!

Also, have you enabled your whitelist to be visible?  Click on  "Account Manager" on upper right corner and check to see that you have your whitelist to be visible.

she needs to ask admin for limited VIP and to have her reviews linked to her handle.  She can do this by using the 'contact us' button at the bottom of any page.
