What is it and how can you confirm if someone is white listed?

A whitelist is basically the opposite of a blacklist. It means a provider vouched for someone, basically saying they are okay. To search whitelist, click on "reviews" at the top of the page, then "search," then "search whitelist." type in the username you are searching for. If he has whitelists, it should show up. You do have to type in the name exactly. Also note that we can actually elect to "turn off" our whitelists. In that case it won't show up unless it is turned back on.

Another way to check if the person posts on the boards, is to click on his reviews. (under his username it will say "reviews 10" for example) at the bottom of the reviews will be the whitelists.

Here is the whitelist faq, which should tell you all you need to know.

... and I have mine turned off in my Account settings.

Never had the need for one and I am not about to start one now.

I let my reviews speak for themselves. Just contact any of my recent reviews and those ladies will be able to put concerns at ease.

And tried to get her personal information by paying some other client to do it.  So he could expose her.

If you think that he has no Whitelists because he doesn't want them, think again.  The providers who have seen him know there is a liability attached to their names if they Whitelist him.

She didn't ask, and presumably doesn't care if you are whitelisted or not. Her actual question was already answered by Curly and me.

Go to "Reviews' tab, then the "Search" dropdown menu, and then "Search by Reviewers."

Type in the TER name, and you will see Whitelists.
