As a provider you have to ask to be invited to "provider VIP" (not sure that is the most correct term). Once you achieve that status you can white list clients.
Go to rev iews Click on Search reviews tab Click on Search by reviewers Type in the client's handle Open his page Click on the button to submit referral.
Once she gets a review, she can ask admin for limited VIP and have her review(s) linked to her handle. All she needs to do is contact admin. She needs 3 reviews to join the provider board, provided she has established some board presence on her regional board and/or any other boards.
