I had a provider who was willing to give me a whitelist on TER, but I can't find the link or search for it on the site.

For P411, it is very easy to find and accomplish, thus, I am wondering if someone could send me the link.

Once your list of reviews comes up, she can give you the WL referral.  Tell her to go to Reviews, and do a search by reviewers, that will bring up your list of reviews, then she can WL you.
