TER use to a have a "white list" where Providers could list a client by their name or handle as seen by them previously and as safe.  Do they still have it and I just can't find it on my TER site because I'm a techno idiot.

You have to search for the reviewer's profile to give him a whitelist referral.

I am trying to tell a Provider how to White list me. I went to Account Manager and saw my profile but there was nothing there that indicated where to add a white list report from a Provider. The next person that commented on this thread told me I could click on my handle which I did in one of my reviews and I did see I had "no white list referrals" just as he said I could see, but again no place for a Provider to add a while list report.

What "link" what "last section"?  I know only a provider can do it but the Provider who wants to do that for me is a technoidiot like me and can't figure it out.  She asked me to get a step by step process (meaning click this, then click that etc.)

I recently saw a gentleman who asked if I would be open to writing a review for him after an overnight visit. I told him that I was quite certain there was only the white list referral button for providers to review clients, but he was adamant about there being a feature to write out a review. Can someone let me know for sure? Thanks!
