So you'd need to ask a provider you've already seen.  As for helping with verification, it definitely can.  But it's no substitute for other references and membership in services like P411 and Date-Check.  In the end, every provider has her own way of verifiying you, so no single thing is a magic bullet.

What does the provider need to do to submit someone for the white list.  I logged on with a newbie provider (I mean she logged on with her ID while I was with her) yesterday and we couldn't figure what to do.  I thought it would be pretty obvious, but there was no drop down menu like there is for submitting provider reviews.  Any help would be appreciated.  Glad I am not the only one having trouble here.
