But, come here or go to any site that reviews providers and do the research on the provider.  If you are new to this, and I suspect you are, don't see a provider with no reviews.  In fact, she should have between 5 and 10 minimum, from reviewers with plenty of reviews.  That's the rule of thumb for guys starting out.

In big cities with lots of providers to choose from, going straight to TER is the most efficient and reliable. I'm in a smaller market area that TER doesn't serve well. In order to find talent that doesn't show up in a TER search, I need to scour BP, Eros, etc., and local boards.

In any city, however, your success rate depends on how well you do your homework, not what site you find a girl on.
