If the city I am traveling to does not have a link in the regional board menu, then do I post in the 'Other Cities' section or do I post in the nearest city that has a link???

Yes, unless there is a city nearby.  For example, if you are going to be in Ft. Worth, you could post under Dallas.

If there is a city within a rasonable distance, you can put an ad on that board, as well as "other cities". A lot of ladies visit Baltimore, and put their ad on the DC board. Some ladies use both the LA and Orange County boards, or the New York and New Jersey boards. Ladies visiting Pittsburg sometimes use the Philly board.

Now I have to spend an hour trying to figure out how to link my reviews to my handle.  You'd think I would have done this a few years ago....my bad!

I don't think you can link your handle to your reviews yourself.  It has to be done by TER admin.  I'd use the contact us link at the top & provide your handle & TER review ID.  
Oh, yes, it gets you FREE limited VIP so you can read all of your own reviews and the PM system.
