A happy provider wants to whitelist me, but she doesn't know how to do it. She doesn't have a paid membership, but she can see her reviews and runs ads here when she is traveling. I looked at the instruction manual and didn't see anything specific, and then I did a search here at the Newbie board. Somebody mentioned that it is a separate tab, but couldn't remember how to get there. While it seems like it might be done while she is looking at my review, I have noticed that other clients have gotten whitelists without posting reviews for those providers.

the correct tab to white list you. For obvious reasons, only providers have access to this function.

...which can be found in the TER Instruction Manual which is the first post on this board. It's in the link titled "Some Info for Providers". It would be easier to find if it had it's own heading. When you click the link I provided scroll down to the heading "White Listing".

Yes, I was looking for a whitelist heading, and missed that info under Some Info for Providers. This should do it. Thanks for your help.
