Also read the message board policy. Also to the left is a section called Regional Boards. Depending on where you live, the drop down window has a list of cities/states. Lurk on your regional board for awhile. Good luck

As you've been told, there's a whole lot of info in the Newbie Manual which you should read & read again.  You should read back on this board several pages & a couple on the others...  you'll learn so much.
 
You can one run one "ad" per 7 days on your regional board.  drop down menu to the left.  You can link to your web site but ONLY if you have a TER reviewed logo on one of your first 2 pages.

Your first TER reviewer starts your "profile" though you can ask that corrections be made & can get it linked to your TER handle.  This allows you free "limited VIP" so you can read your own reviews.  {Just a NOTE:  no reviews can be posted from your computer.  TER can detect it & will ban you.}

You found the right spot on TER. The newbie section is the best place to ask questions.  Several of the people provided some good guidance.  After looking over some of the information, just start posting additional questions and I'm sure the ladies and gentleman on here will be glad to help and provide guidance.
