With the same lady do you do a new review or update?
Do you ask for another OK on p411?
It doesn't really qualify as another okay, but what it does do is keep your okays a bit more recent. The number of recent okays is often every bit as important as the number of total okays.
You can get an "updated" ok. It will replace the original one, since you can only get one per provider. As GaG said, recent okays are important to most providers, so it is not a bad idea to update if you see the lady again. Personally if it's been 6 months since my last okay from a lady, and I saw her again very recently, I will ask for an update.
Personally I would only do a new review if the session was a lot different than the previous one reviewed, (Better or worse, or just a different type of session-- for example the first session was 1 hour, but most recent one was a dinner date or overnight or something), or if the provider asked me too. In fact I have only done a second review of the same person two times, and both of those were at the provider's request. These were done under the old rules (see imposter's post) so only one review of each of them shows up in my reviews.
I think in P411 you can request an updated okay only if 14 days have passed since your first okay. My understanding is that if one sees the provider within a week or so then one cannot update the okay. But beyond that period, one can always update the okay.
Can anyone more experienced on this, chime?
Too many darn rules
You may be correct on that, but I just looked on P411, and don't see that rule written anywhere. Maybe I missed it, or maybe if you submit a request for an update within that time frame, that rule will pop up? In any case, I don't see a reason anyone would want an update that soon. It would be meaningless, since most ladies consider "recent" to be within 3 months, or within 6 months, or something like that. As I mentioned above, I only ask for an update if 6 months have passed and I just saw her again.
So, what if a provider got a less than favorable review, but it was due to extenuating circumstances that made that particular session less than her usually very highly rated performance?
Within a week or two she offers a session gratis to 'make up' for it, gives her usually amazing performance but her score doesn't reflect that change for 3 months.
Is the process sophisticated enough to parse out the circumstances of each scenario? Clearly something like this is one where it benefits no one to leave it as is.
I know on Yelp n after being approached by a business got his with their negative review for a redo of some kind, the reviewer goes right back in is able to discuss the change and change their rating.
What problems come up if we were able to do that there? Is there a compelling reason not to?
Assuming the rules don't change, that situation might be addressable in the forum (probably local forum).
.
Maybe something like:
"My recent review of X was not very favorable.
I decided to give her another chance ...
or
She asked me to give her another chance ...
(Mention the specifics? Free session? Discounted session?)
Well, she more than made up for it! She explained that she wasn't "on" during our first meeting. I will post a new review in a 10 weeks with more details. I might even see her again in the interim!"
.
You get the idea. It's not a perfect solution, but I think it's within the current rules.

Alternatively, the Reviewer can ask TER to let him make a major revision to his original review. I think they allow small but important corrections ("Please change where I wrote "DOES do anal" to "does NOT do anal"!!") Prior comments have implied that major rewrites are not allowed.
she suggested I should request an update OK on P411. Until then, I didn't even know such a thing was possible. I requested and she gave the update OK. As someone already said, it helps to have recent OK's.
Note: I might be calling this by the wrong name.
Yes that's what I did and effectively got a new date stamp on my OK.
Also on the TER reviews found the info... new review must be more then 90 days since last one.
It keeps your OKs up to date. Could help you with future requests for appointments.
